Class Activity Reflection I

What we Did
We demonstrated Google Reader and the social bookmarking website delicious. Toward the end of class we setup a blog – using Blogger.

What I learned
I learned how to use Google Reader by subscribing to RSS feeds of my favorite websites. I also learned how to quickly setup a blog using blogger provided by Google.

Impact on Professional Practice
Google Reader, Google Docs, and blogging can impact professional practice by enabling the person to interact socially outside of the workplace. I’m not saying to forget about work and socialize all day, but to harness the power of blogs, rss, and Google web apps in the corporate market place.
